Before any significant snow event, they send out emails and text messages to inform me of their plan of snow removal and, working on their plan, they remove snow from driveways and entrances swiftly and efficiently.Once when I had an urgent appointment the morning after an unprecedented snow storm, I requested them to clear my driveway on priority basis and they did so in the middle of an extremely frigid night.
