Short review: Wow! Don’t hesitate to use Rooted for any backyard projectLonger review: We put in a swimming pool this summer and, honestly, as something of an afterthought we asked our pool builder if he had a landscaper contact. I’m typically a DIY guy especially outdoors. I had in my head “ah I can throw some seed and put in some gardens.” But we went ahead and met with Mark to talk about “things”. What we wound up with….. see my “wow” above!Want went from “I’ll throw some seed” turned into a putting green, a completely custom fireplace with wood boxes and a custom artificial turf sitting oasis, a 10,000 pound (yes, we weighed them) boulder retaining wall, over 100 new plants, 12 yards of river rock, landscape lighting, gorgeous sod, and a completely reworked irrigation system….. In summary a backyard oasis that makes me want to never go inside.Mark is fantastic to partner with. His team is the most conscientious bunch we’ve ever had work with us. For example, I was spying when they were putting in the turf sitting area and their main guy (Jaime I believe) was on his hands and knees with a pair of scissors cutting individual blades of the artificial grass just so it was completely perfect.Listen…. Budgets are budgets, right? But (particularly coming from a dyed-in-the-wool DIY guy) I don’t regret a single penny we committed to this. The level of detail, the quality of work, and the complete commitment to excellence by the whole crew makes it unquestionably worth it and I genuinely feel like we got great value for the money. We’re so ecstatic with how the backyard turned out (the pool is great, too!) we’re planning 2 more projects with Mark already and I’m trying to figure out what else they can do!To reiterate, don’t hesitate to call Mark!

I appreciate businesses that support Christian radio in the KC Metro area.We sought a landscaping plan to elevate the exterior of our new home in the Northland.Enhancement Development Mgr Mark Reese came out and listened intently to my goals for our project. Mark absolutely got inside my brain and came up with a beautiful design that exceeded my imagination!Out of three potential landscaping companies interviewed, Reese's design surpassed expectations and came in less expensive than the others.The quality of the plants installed is amazing. The crew worked relentlessly to get our install completed timely. Reese was conscientious about keeping us updated when weather conditions changed our schedule for installation.Just a top notch service! We have neighbors stopping as they drive by to ask who did our landscaping!!! Very pleased and happy we decided to work with Rooted Landscape!
Mark and his team did a great job with our landscaping project. He met with us multiple times as we worked through the design. The implementation went smoothly. His landscape team was well organized, polite and always kept the workspace clean. We planted in late Fall and are looking forward to it growing in the Spring. I would recommend them to others.
We definitely recommend using Rooted Landscape. We had a very big project that they did after we put in a pool. There were a lot of components going on and the communication throughout the whole time and attention to detail was excellent. Mark was especially helpful, pleasant, accommodating, and readily available with any questions that we had. He texted and emailed us back right away. He also was glad to meet us at the job site several times to go over what we wanted and how we wanted it done. I might add that I have high expectations (picky) :-) and they met those expectations above and beyond. Tyler was very helpful with the irrigation part of it and was on the job site overseeing that things were done correctly and thoroughly making sure all of the sprinkler heads hit the grass plants and trees. He was also helpful with learning the new Irrigation system/knowledgeable on how it all worked. If you need landscaping, big or small, don’t hesitate to use Rooted Landscape.
