Luke and Chris dug into our hillside and created a wonderful pool beautifully integrating our gazebo, elevated deck, hilltop arbour and fire pit into a cohesive garden. It was a large job requiring Niagara Escarpment Commission approvals as well as the usual Municipal and County permits. Luke and Chris effectively handled the detailed follow up and neighbour’s questions with tact. Work started in late November with a hiatus until the spring thaw. As you might imagine living through eight months of construction wasn’t easy and held the potential for frustration and irritability. Chris and Luke went to great efforts to hear our concerns, address them, and keep us fully on track. My wife and I can whole heartily recommend Headwaters Landscaping. They did everything as promised and the results were better than we imagined.

It was an incredible experience with Headwaters Landscaping. Luke was very professional and accommodating to meet all my demands. I took 3 quotes in couple years before finalizing the plan and Luke came to provide the quotes in timely manner every time. I changed the whole project 3 or 4 times for his team but Luke every-time supported my change of project plan. His whole team went extra mile to complete the work in timely manner. I added 3 last minute requests and Headwaters landscaping team was still able to accommodate the requests within the tight time frame I gave them.
