ModernPro Landscaping

We had a wonderful experience with Sam and his team at Modern Pro Landscaping, who completely overhauled our front yard and backyard. They put in long days, worked quickly and the quality of work is great. Sam was quick to discuss anything that arose during the project and we were very happy with everything that he suggested. I would highly recommend Sam and the team!

We hired Modern Pro Landscaping to put down basic, modern-style interlock paver in both our backyard and driveway + a walk-out deck back in July 2025. Sam and his crew had been amazing from start to finish. Professional services with practical advices given along the way. There wasn’t any hard selling or over-promising at all. Just good humble delivery of what was agreed upon AND within budget. Throughout the entire process (which only took no longer than 2 weeks), the crew worked tirelessly (even 8am - 7pm for some days) without any complaints despite the summer heat, to transform the outdoor area of our home into exactly what we envisioned. Having worked with a number of different contractors for various home renovations projects, Sam and his teams are one of the best in terms of the quality of the finished product and overall customer experience. If you ever consider a landscaping project, I strongly recommend Modern Pro Landscaping.

The results and quality of work exceeded my expectations. Sam and Co. was the 4th Contractor I interviewed early Spring after finding his ad on Kijiji. Modern Pro Landscaping was fast, friendly, professional, paid close attention to detail, and had excellent communication throughout the project. I'm glad and thankful I chose them. The job site, my property and the street was always kept clean with absolutely no mess left behind which is very much appreciated. Front and rear interlock with PVC fence completed in 5 days with precision results. Interlock is a very labour intensive job and i have nothing but respect for the whole crew. The cherry on top is the very competitive prices. They're the best! Book now before all my neighbors do! We love our new space and curb appeal. THANK YOU SO MUCH!

We hired Sam and his team for an outdoor landscaping project that included stone paving and the installation of a gazebo. From the outset, they demonstrated excellent communication, prompt responsiveness, and a strong commitment to quality. The materials used were top-notch, and the work was completed efficiently and on schedule. We are extremely satisfied with the results and would not hesitate to recommend Sam and his team for any landscaping or hardscaping projects.

We highly recommend them! Sam and his team were professional, reliable, and easy to work with from start to finish. Their pricing is fair, and they take pride in delivering honest, quality work. They put great effort into ensuring every detail is done right, and the results speak for themselves. We will definitely be doing future projects with them. If you're looking for a team that is committed to excellence, these are the people to call! -Here are some before and after photos.
