We recently hired OK Valley Landscaping to complete a paving stone sidewalk and patio for our new laneway home. Nole was very profesisonal to deal with, giving a detailed quote and timeline that was all adhered to. He helped us out with our choice of paving stone colors and design, and we are very pleased with the end result. We were also able to make some scope changes to the work while he had machines on site, which he was able to provide quick and fair change orders on. We have had OK Valley Landscaping do our irrigation blowout for the past few years. Nole does a great job. He is conscientious, pleasant, professional & knowledgeable. Their products are superior in quality sourced locally. I have had them build a large stone patio, as well as design and install my total backyard xeriscape / bonfire oasis. Nole, Cassie and Cortney did a fantastic job from start to finish and were incredibly friendly the entire way through. Nole was very responsive, even in off-hours, and thorough in putting together a fair quote. We tasked them with a major spring clean-up surrounding the on-site residence and future public guest space at Foxtrot Vineyards, tidying up after our wind-thrashed willow tree, raking leaves, pruning overgrown rose bushes, trimming unsightly hedges, revitalizing garden beds, removing lifeless raspberry bushes and giving our lawns their first nurturing mow of the season. They brought all of their own equipment, complied with COVID public health measures, and made sure to keep us informed of their progress throughout the process. We appreciate that it was the same workers who returned over the 4 days. We have a lot of moving pieces on site, so it helped to have consistent friendly faces we were familiar with, and gave us a chance to follow up without gaps in our conversations. They went the extra mile to adjust their team's schedule around the needs of our business, and even worked an additional day without going over budget to ensure the property looked pristine. Nole even took extra time during his walk-around with us to suggest appropriate low-maintenance plantings for our future garden beds so we can focus our energy on the vineyard during growing seasons. We truly appreciate all the hard work, thoughtfulness, and care that was put into this project. Our property looks great and we can't wait to host guests to show it off.
