Extremely disappointed in Kull Scape’s performance! They landscaped my backyard and added a dry well but failed to allow for an overflow outlet on the dry well. My basement repeatedly flooded until I hand dug a trench to eliminate the ponding and uncovered the dry well providing no outlet. Kull Scape agreed that the dry well and poor grading caused the problem but wanted me to pay 1/2 the repair cost. I sent registered letters requesting reimbursement for the basement repairs but they never replied. Also their fix for for the dry well overflow pipe stayed underground for only six months!

We hired them to completely re-landscape our back yard including building a beautiful pond, flagstone patio, retaining wall and stairs. They treated us like family, answered all our questions and concerns, and exceeded our expectations every step of the way! I can't thank them enough.
