What customers say
Customers describe friendly, helpful service from knowledgeable staff. One homeowner praises a backyard project with a pond, flagstone patio, retaining wall and stairs. Another reports a dry well added during landscaping had no overflow outlet and led to repeated basement flooding; they say Kull Scape agreed that the dry well and poor grading caused the problem but asked them to pay half the repair cost and did not respond to registered letters seeking reimbursement.

Great group of people who are knowledgeable and always willing to help. I’ve been going here for years and will continue for all my landscape needs. They always have the best selection and the plants and flowers are always taken care of and healthy. Great place!

Extremely disappointed in Kull Scape’s performance! They landscaped my backyard and added a dry well but failed to allow for an overflow outlet on the dry well. My basement repeatedly flooded until I hand dug a trench to eliminate the ponding and uncovered the dry well providing no outlet. Kull Scape agreed that the dry well and poor grading caused the problem but wanted me to pay 1/2 the repair cost. I sent registered letters requesting reimbursement for the basement repairs but they never replied. Also their fix for for the dry well overflow pipe stayed underground for only six months!

We hired them to completely re-landscape our back yard including building a beautiful pond, flagstone patio, retaining wall and stairs. They treated us like family, answered all our questions and concerns, and exceeded our expectations every step of the way! I can't thank them enough. Their staff is courteous and wonderful to work with. We would highly recommended them and plan to use them for our future projects. Thank you Kullscape!
