Rick and Matt from Maine Outdoor Spaces were amazing to work with. I had no idea how to handle three doors leading out the back of my house at different heights and Rick designed the perfect raised patio to make everything flow seamlessly. He provided several options for pricing and even worked patiently with the place I sourced some of my stone from in NH, though I know it created more work for them! Matt did all of the construction and stone work and did a beautiful job! At the last minute I asked if they could add crushed stone to my driveway by the garage and they got that done the next day! I am a very, very happy customer!
Rick & his team recently completed our beautiful 20x20 patio in Gorham. I am in the construction industry, and had my reservations about a paver patio (I’ve seen many issues with improper subgrade prep, layout, incorrect pitch, etc), but we ultimately decided to go with Maine Outdoor Spaces, as a recommendation from our builder, MGM. We could not be happier with how our patio turned out. Rick visited our house on a weekend, quickly provided design concepts for review, and ultimately helped us select the perfect color and stone pallet for our landscape. Rick was always available, and his installation team members were very professional. I would highly recommend Maine Outdoor Spaces, and we hope to work with the team on future projects at our home.
Rick and his team did a great job in transforming our space near the water to be more functional and safer to walk around. Leveling and fixing a rock wall as well as covering up tree roots to the dock. Pictures before and after.
I needed an update on a room that was designated as a swim spa . Once my kids moved out and we were having some technical difficulties with the pool we decided to fill it with concrete and move on.Maine Outdoor Spaces was highly recommended by our trusted landscaping company. The crew that came to the house was on time, very professional and every day they were here gave it a real push . They were organized respectful and produced quality work . Im an artist and work at home and had no issues.I would hire them again if another project came along .
