Reviews
What customers say
Customers praise the helpful advice and range of materials; first-time visitors especially appreciated being shown around the yard and having products presented. A customer reports that gravel was dumped in the driveway without the promised pre-delivery call or spreading, and that the person the customer called the boss said there was nothing she could do.
Customer Reviews

Unfortunately, I received very poor service. I live in Val-Bélair and wanted to do business with local companies. During the phone transaction, the woman I dealt with answered all my questions and had no objections. Ultimately, it was quite the opposite. There was no 30-minute call before delivery as promised. 7.5 tons of gravel were dumped in my driveway. The woman had promised the truck would spread the gravel evenly, but nothing was done. When I finally got hold of the woman who is the "boss," she told me there was nothing she could do for me. All the sweet promises from the beginning had vanished. The service from the woman I dealt with was extremely poor.

Our first visit today. Jérémi greeted us with a smile and took a lot of time to show us around the yard and present various products. We left satisfied, and they left with new customers! Fanny and Louis (Tewkesbury)

I was really impressed with the service and variety of products offered at Multi-Pierres. Jeremi was very helpful in making sure I had the materials I needed to add some paving stones outside my place. His encouragement gave me confidence to do the work, and it worked out really well! Highly recommended!

Very large choice of natural stones of all sizes. The owner took a significant amount of his time to review my project and provide advises.
