I contracted Operex for snow removal this winter because I am unable to shovel manually due to health reasons. The service was only performed twice, and unsatisfactorily, forcing me to complete the work myself. Despite several attempts to contact them, I received no response.When I cancelled the contract, the refund process was complicated: an Interac e-Transfer was sent without a code or tracking number, and the manager's attitude was unprofessional when we finally managed to reach him using my son's number.As a result, I am left without snow removal services in the middle of winter. A very disappointing experience.
We use their manual snow removal services. The first winter was a bit of an adjustment period (they arrived more than 24 hours after the snow had fallen). But for the past two years, we've been very satisfied. They usually come quickly and the work is done very well.
