Cody was the only contractor to return my call and showed up promptly. I told him what I needed and he gave me a ballpark number on the spot. He informed me he was booked six months out and during that time he could get me an accurate estimate. A handshake later and we were on the schedule. He kept me informed regarding the schedule and I sent a down payment about a week before the start. The sprinkler system, curbing with rock, and retaining wall all exceeded expectations. Greenleaf also went above and beyond by adding topsoil to some of the low spots that had settled in the yard. His entire crew was very professional and courteous. I called Cody at Greenleaf and asked for an irrigation inspection to see if I wanted to get it operational before selling my home. He came out and gave me a VERY REASONABLE quote. I told him I wanted the work done and he came out the next morning and completed the work. Previously the sprinkler valves were just a hole in the ground and he upgraded me to a box with removable cover. He also replaced my valves, the old ones “worked” but were leaky as heck.He found a few PVC leaks and repaired them, and while we were chatting I mentioned wanting to get soil and rock to finish up my fire pit and level out sections of my yard. He took a look at what I wanted to do and estimated how much product I would need. He gave me a great price on the amount + delivery.The next evening he delivered the soil and rock. I got right on the soil, rock, and seed and my sprinklers got everything nice and moist.He also installed a timer. He immediately identified the, previous owners, DIY job using speaker wire to run electrical to the sprinkler valves. He ran his own electrical and had the timer setup in less than an hour.My yard looks great and I got a great deal with excellent service. I had to ask Cody to come out to look at my timer and he immediately caught an error that I had made, but he didn’t make me feel like I was the problem, I definitely was! He came out, explained the error and how to not make it again and was on his way. I almost wish I had more work to do so I could look over his shoulder and learn!Thank you for the excellent service and value that you create! You’ll be a recommended service from this guy until there’s no one left to tell!
