Very disappointed in professionalism from Danielle. (showed up to my house sick and in uggs) (first red flag)Quoted job and actual work had large discrepancies. When asked about discrepancies, company did not have answers. They Had to send another guy to dig everything back up 2 weeks later. (to check work)Materials were taken off eventually (70%) but the labor to put those materials in (that weren't used) stayed on the invoice.Was told "i payed for a solution"YES I paid for a specific solution that was quoted and then not done!!!Stay away from this company. They do not know how to communicate to customers and have shady practices.Update:WOW what a story! Not taking advantage , just want what's right.They did not communicate anything, as I had to reach out multiple times after receiving an invoice.No "better solution" was ever discussed, at any point. They used a fraction of what they quoted,(hooked up to existing pipe) and I called them on it. Would you pay for labor on materials that weren't put in? 80ftI noticed half the job wasn't done. (Invoice was sent without knowing materials list.) That's why they had to open everything back up 2 weeks later and figure it out! At no point did you go the extra mile, Danielle wouldn't even call me back, said she had "training" the entire day.... Can't talk for 5 min? Or no one else available?Bad jobs get Bad reviews. Outdoor Splendor was prompt, professional and did a wonderful job on our project. We needing a portion of our yard regraded because of water retention. They performed the work exactly as we had hoped and it looks great.
We had a drainage issue in our yard that had to be remedied and we originally contacted Kirk’s Lawn Care (at the time) last summer and received an estimate however at the time it wasn’t in the budget so this spring we reached back out to them (now Outdoor Splendor) and they were nice enough to come by twice to make sure the planned project would solve our drainage issue. The work was done a little more than 2 weeks ago and so far so good. Everyone we dealt with at Outdoor Splendor was kind and helpful and we are very thankful that they helped solve our drainage issue.
We had our driveway turn around extended with TrueGrid Permeable Pavers. John P. provided a fair and timely quote and worked with us to accommodate our schedules. Nick and Rick did a great job during the installation and were professional and answered all our questions during the process. We would highly recommend Kirk's Lawn Care.
Kirk’s team did an amazing job on our flower beds. They were professional, kind, hard working and had excellent communication skills. I loved the client portal website for communication and payments. If you need a landscaping team, give Kirk a try. You will not be disappointed! Edited to say this is the second year we have used Kirk’s Lawn Care and they were just as amazing!
