If you want a quality design AND meticulous, quality installation that will last a lifetime, then Andy and Oak Valley are the way to go. They are proud to stand behind their designs and construction. The owner shows up on site frequently to make sure every little thing is done to perfection. Can't say enough about this company.
My experience with Oak Valley was FANTASTIC! Every facet of the project implementation exceeded my expectations. Andy Welch created a beautiful design plan for the project and was always available to answer my questions and address any concerns. He even responded to me when the company was closed over the holidays. The installation team was amazing! They are true craftsmen and are so great at what they do. We required a retaining wall behind one of our condo units in the neighborhood due to erosion. Donnie at Oak Valley provided the board of directors and homeowners excellent communication, a competitive and detailed quote, professional installation, and outstanding materials. Oak Valley prepared the site to install our whole house generator. The work was performed beyond my expectations. I was surprised about two things in particular. 1). The work area was super clean when they finished. You would think the hardscape had been there for years. 2). The work crew used a wheel barrow instead of the tracked bucket loader they had on site. As a result, there was NO damage to the existing sod or yard. That caused them a LOT of extra effort and was VERY appreciated.
We recently had Oak Valley Custom Hardscapes replace our old retaining wall, and we couldn’t be happier with the results. The crew was professional, diligent, and worked steadily over the course of four days—even factoring in rain delays. Their attention to detail really stood out: measurements were precise, the craftsmanship is excellent, and the finished wall looks not only aesthetically nice but much safer than what we had before.It was also pretty cool to learn that the previous owners of our home had hired Oak Valley for work as well on the stone walkway— I think that's testament to their reputation. We actually found them by happenstance while gathering quotes, and we’re very glad we did. The quality of work and professionalism speaks volumes.Highly recommended!
