LB arts took over the contract at our strata, they have cut the lawn so short it is scalped, and going into summer time drought it will just burn. The previous company had the lawn lush and beautiful. Ant knowledgeable landscaper should know about dynamic equilibrium and proper lawn lrectices. Instead we will have a weed lot before long. It looks horrible
