I’m the property manager of a local business in Riverside. I had a lot of problems with the timer and the wires, I hired a couple of companies but they were not able to solve the issue, finally I contacted Andy (who I believed is the general manager) he sent one of his techs and he fixed the issue at a reasonable price. The team was very professional from start to finish, the team arrived on time, the project was completed in timely manner which was the estimated time quoted. The crew and management from Gavino both parties did a walk through with a board member to ensure the job was done to the HOA’s expectation. The crew did a fabulous job and the board is very pleased. This morning on June 9, 2025 at 6 AM I was in drive-through at Starbucks on Hamner.. Whoever was working, your guises Weedwhacker was literally right next to the vehicles in the drive-through and he was cutting up the dirt and kicking up rocks at vehicles in the drive-through. My car is literally three days old and he kicked up a bunch of rocks and hit my car and I’m yelling at him through my window and he is completely ignoring me!!! I drove out of drive-through and parked next to your work truck and tried to speak to the other gentleman there but he was acting like he couldn’t hear me or maybe he didn’t understand me.. So I took a picture of your vehicle so I could contact you via online. I don’t appreciate your employee kicking up on my brand new car you see there is a bunch of cars in drive-through. You do not do that and damage peoples vehicles.! You wait until there’s no more cars in the drive-through to get to that so you don’t damage peoples properties!! I will be writing a review on every page about your company and the irresponsible And disrespect of your employee. I’m getting my car looked at and if there is any chips in my paint, you will be liable for this, The employees at Starbucks saw it happen. I have plenty of witnesses..
