Creative Curb Appeal

My husband and I spent a great deal of money to have this company do work in our yard. The concrete work for a driveway and walkway was successful, but the installation and failure of the plastic drainage system installed too close to the garage foundation has led to considerable damage to the garage. I have persistently complained about the poor work and damage for over 3.5 years - and so because they refused to accommodate my requests for a decent repair of their lousy job under supposed warranty, it has been nothing but a battle which I refuse to continue.
Please review very carefully any work proposal with them as they are NOT honest or fair in their work and falsely promise to do a good job This company has grown too fast on the backs of loyal customers and has continued to disappoint in all ways. DO NOT hire them for any work unless you are willing to pay out of pocket to repair the mistakes they made.THEY DO NOT STAND BY THE WORK THEY CLAIM TO DO and need to be investigated for poor business practices.

UPDATE: Finally the 3rd attempt to move the planter, redo the retaining wall and remove the existing underground drainage system. By Vender #2 twice: $ 21,000 —failed to guarantee work!

Vender# 3 # General Contractor $8500 subcontractor for masonry and cement work: additional 17,950.

Hopefully this will be The End of a nightmare installation in 2021–repairs finally planned for completion this coming week, August 2025. There is no law or insurance for shoddy installation, construction work or repairs for water damage resulting from such poor and fraudulent practices by landscaping companies. Homeowners be aware. These are local companies!!!

The concrete crew did a fantastic job with my driveway and building a patio in my backyard! They were professional, kind and timely!!! I am super happy with the job they did and would recommend them to anyone looking to have concrete work done! Job well done!!!!

From start to finish my project was perfect! The rep who came to give us the estimate was super friendly and knowledgeable. The crew of 5 or 6 workers who installed our landscape edging were absolutely amazing! They were so efficient that I couldn’t help but just stand and watch them. Was so nice to see multiple people working so well together because that seems to be hard to find these days. Their attention to detail and respect for my property was absolutely amazing also. I love my new edging around all my gardens! I would recommend this company and will definitely use them again.
