Dale Collura

Michael and crew at M2 Landscaping just completed a large job at our house. The results are outstanding. They removed 2 large retaining walls consisting of railroad ties and rebuilt the areas with beautiful boulders. Michael and crew arranged the new walls with keen attention to detail placing the boulders artistically in a natural yet functional manner. They landscaped the backyard, re-seeded the grass area, cut in an attractive bed, and even planted a row of bushes. The outcome exceeded our expectations and transformed the area into a truly lovely outdoor space. Workers took great care to protect the adjacent yard and to thoroughly clean up the whole area. What a professional and friendly group of workers. Additionally, Michael took time to review the project with us multiple times as it was unfolding. He checked our expectations and satisfaction routinely and worked within our budget. His ideas and suggestions genuinely improved our entire yard. We could not be happier as the project was executed with great care and yielded a beautiful outcome. We highly recommend Michael and M2 Landscaping and look forward to continue working with them in the future. (Dale & Sandra Collura)

Michael helped me out with two projects last spring/summer. The first project was a basement leak that other contractors had attempted to resolve without success. Michael dug up the outside wall, discovered and repaired the leak from the outside, and then put everything back as found. He also landscaped part of the front yard where a tree had been removed. The M2 team did a fantastic job on both projects!

We were very happy with M2 Landscaping's work on our recent landscape lighting project. Mike was extremely knowledgeable and helpful throughout the entire process. He took the time to understand our vision and provided expert advice on the best lighting solutions to uplight our trees and light our pathways. The lights themselves and the power source are high quality. We were impressed with Mike's commitment to completing the project on time, ensuring our wedding venue looked its best.. We highly recommend M2 Landscaping for any landscaping project.

Frequently Asked Questions

How long do drainage jobs take, and how much of the yard is disturbed?

Most drainage jobs take one to three days. A roughly foot-wide strip of soil remains disturbed, and grass needs to regrow along it.

Does M2 always use French drains?

No. The right solution depends on the cause of the water issue; near trees, roots can eventually enter and clog a French drain.

Can a dry well handle every flooding issue?

A dry well can be part of a solution, but it may fill faster than surrounding soil absorbs water during heavy rain. M2’s drainage designs can combine tactics based on the yard.
