Great experience all around! I was referred to Carlos by Whittlesey Landscaping Supplies. They gave me the contact information of three different companies/contractors who buy supplies there and I called all three for estimates. His quote and manners were much better than the other individuals I contacted. Carlos was very polite and easy to schedule for him to come take a look at our backyard and give a quote -in fact, after meeting with me he came back and talked about the plan for our yard with my husband too before we agreed to hire him for the job. He is easy to reach by phone or email, and he sent detailed quotes through email. Our yard was an awful mess of weeds and erosion -he, my husband and I coordinated and designed a simple plan for our backyard that would stop the erosion and make our backyard look very nice where we could add in additional trees/plants as we are able to purchase them. The things that really set Carlos apart from contractors I have worked with in the past are that he did not cut corners at all. His crew worked really hard. Also, most times the owner/manager gets the job and then disappears, but Carlos was always here supervising and working with his crew to make sure everything was done nicely. The last surprise was that he gave an accurate timeline for the work to be done.They took our entire backyard from a disaster zone to a nice backyard in just a few days! They also were clean and did not have a stereo blasting music either, so they were not disruptive to the normal routine I have with my young children at home. We are very happy with the job that Carlos did for our backyard, and I am so glad that I found him to do the job -he made the whole process very low stress for us and he seems to be a very hardworking and honest man with a great crew.
