Warning: A very bad experience with Briquetier. We had planned and confirmed the installation of a wood stove for a new house several months in advance. We sent the plans, and there was no doubt it was a new build. Despite the high installation price, Briquetier seemed reputable and distributed the exact brand of wood stove I was looking for.But when the time came, they refused to work, claiming they only worked in renovations and not new construction because they didn't have an RBQ license. This caused significant delays and forced me to urgently find alternatives, delaying the completion of the build. Their sales team was extremely unprofessional and seemed out of touch with their true capabilities.

Since we were from out of town and arrived on a Saturday just before closing time, they even opened the door for us on Sunday morning.
