Don’t ever use this company. They service my neighbor’s yard and their industrial mower launched a rock into my basement window, shattered it and they say they didn’t do it. Industrial mowers can launch debris and rocks, etc up to 200 mph. We noticed it after they mowed. Our homes are just close enough to fit a huge mower through. We don’t use a lawn care service. There is absolutely no other way this could have happened. A company that can’t take responsibility is a company that lacks integrity. No thanks. I don’t care how good the yard may look, you can’t trust a company that doesn’t own up to a mistake.Update: The owner of the company came out and talked over the damage with me. They gave me some crazy lines about how it wasn’t them which didn’t make sense at all. It was a bunch of lines. It’s clearer now than ever that they don’t take responsibility for the damage they do to the property of others. When I asked what else could have caused the damage the guy said a golf ball? ?? No one has golfed there ever, nor is that even possible given the area between the homes.
i switched because they grabbed money out of my checking account 3 days before i got paid making other checks bounce.... Now, instead of calling me about a forgotten balance, they called a collection agency. all they had to do was call me.... Or send a bill or send an email ..... They got a collection agency without even trying to address the problem themselves. no wonder they're losing business. overpriced bullies in my opinion
I have been a customer of G/T Outdoor Professional Yard Maintenance for over a year now. Their workers are professional & thorough. I have had no problems with their services & they are always prompt & courteous.I like that they always send me a notification of when they will be doing services & always send me an Email with a detailed description of services rendered & any suggestions on improving my yard.I've used 3 or 4 Lawn Services in the past who were supposed to be reputable & all of them did not live up to what they advertised. G/T is the 1st company that does what they advertise & they do quality work, that is why I am still a happy & satisfied customer.Their prices are very reasonable for their services & fall in line with most outdoor lawn companies. They stand behind their work & make sure that their customers are satisfied. I can't ask for more than that.
Our experience with Green Thumb has been terrible. They will not mow the grass lower than 4.75 inches. A good zoyia yard should be mowed at about 3.5 inches and that is what we requested. As a result there are big brown patches in both the front and back yard. The ones in the back yard are shown below. They have refused to use different patterns each time they mow so that the mowing pattern is not obvious. The did in the back yard but not in the front yard. Each of their reports comments on the weeds in the back yard. We thought we were hiring them to deal with those. The violets are nearly taking over what had been a near all Zoiza yard.
We hired them to do a spring cleanup of our flower beds that were completely overgrown and needed new mulch. They greatly exceeded our expectations and transformed our yard. We couldn’t be happier! I wish we took “before” photos because the “after” photos are so impressive. We are now having them come out biweekly for mowing and garden maintenance.
