We've hired Silva's lawn care a few times now and we've been pleased with the quality of their work. Miguel is very responsive and communicative and they do good work for affordable prices. Would highly recommend them.
Miguel did my yard work for a few months. They were quick to show up and charged $120 for the front and back, and then $60 per visit after that. They said they would come on Saturdays, but came at different days and times with no prior warning. Anyway they charged me $130 for two weeks twice, instead of $120, with no explanation. There were no follow up calls or texts. My last invoice to them (this month) was 10 days late via email. I paid the invoice and late fee and emailed to sincerely apologize. Miguel said he won’t be doing my lawn anymore. ¯\_(?)_/¯ I think they do fine work but I’d prefer a more consistent and considerate service.
Miguel and his crew are the very best you will ever find anywhere. They cleaned up my very neglected and overgrown yard a few years ago and have kept it looking beautiful ever since. I’m so happy with my yard’s appearance, it gives my place great curb appeal. Sergio and Martín were punctual, professional, efficient and kind. The price was practical and the work including the clean up was quality. Miguel and his crew are OUTSTANDING! They showed up at exactly the time promised, and completed our entire yard, front and back, in one day, even though we added a few requests on the spot. We hired them for a complete spring clean up with barkdust, but they went above and beyond. Their work ethic, professionalism, and attention to detail is like no other! They are definitely competitively priced, and we have decided to hire them for bi-monthly yard service.
