I’m extremely disappointed with my experience with Scherz Landscaping. I received an estimate on December 29 and was told it would be “a few weeks” before they could start—no specific date given. A few weeks later, I followed up and was told the same thing.On March 17, I called again and was told Ashley would get back to me. She never did. I then sent an email on March 18 and still have not received any response.At this point, the lack of communication and follow-through is frustrating and unprofessional. It’s hard not to feel like my project simply wasn’t a priority. I expected better customer service and clearer communication.
Called this place back in April to get an estimate on some work I needed, they quoted me for the job and I accepted their quote. They had a long lead time of 12+ weeks and I said that was fine. I called to check in late may/early June to see what the update was and when I called they said what was the original lead time you were given? I said 12 weeks. They said its still the same. No questions asked on who I was, when I accepted the work order, or what was the work to be performed. Just a dismissive "we'll get to you when we get to you" type of tone. Fast forward to august.....still never heard from them. Thank God I didnt wait for them or I would've wasted my whole summer.
A very special Thank You to Scherz Landscaping Co, Melissa and the team for the donation of the most beautiful poinsettias, the plants are full of beautiful blooms/flowers. Melissa and the team placed the poinsettias in the front lobby, recreation area and the church area. They did an awesome job of xeriscaping my front yard. Only one plant did not survive but they replaced it. I don’t buy plants any other place. They are always friendly and helpful. Would rather do business with a local business instead of the big box stores and Scherz plants are healthier.
Had them install a plan sprinkler system in 2012. It is now 2016 (
