We are at a loss for words. Everything was wonderful and beautiful until a couple weeks after it was finished and the patio and stucco are falling apart. Construction finished in November of 25 and in December, things started going down hill. I have been trying to get in contact with Osvy to give him an opportunity to fix it, but he has gone radio silent. The stucco connecting our fireplace to the patio has major cracks and chunks are falling off. There is rain water draining down our exterior wall in between where the patio was attached. The stucco on the third wall is coming off. It’s very disappointing because we had such a nice experience during construction. His crew was very professional. Osvy was responsive. There were some delays but it goes with construction. Everything else came out so beautiful it is really making our family so sad that this is happening. It is the lack of any response to our concerns that is most distressing. Osvy just doesn’t answer our calls anymore. We don’t know what else to do other than hire a different contractor to fix these issues, which will now cost us thousands more to fix?
Loved working with Osvi at O&B Landscape! He was always so attentive and professional. He was able to follow through with anything we asked for. Demo of the entire backyard only took maybe 3 days- very fast. The only “down” side was the project took 6 weeks instead of the 3 he initially said it would, but like I said, we ended up asking for more things to be added which understandably extended the timeline. Other than that, which was not their fault, this whole backyard process was very smooth.

Osvi and his team did an amazing job with our front and back yard. He is your one stop shop for anything that you need to get done. From design to execution, he's got you covered. He is also fully equipped from excavators, mixers, bobcats etc.. He has multiple teams doing the specific jobs like prep work, cement guys, turf guys, planter guys, patio guys, electric guys etc... Because of this, his team got the job done very quickly. Also, we were also delighted to see they have uniforms with matching shirts and hats. His team was professional, respectful to the homeowner and happy workers. If you are having second thoughts about O&B, don't. Just do it, give him your money and he will transform your backyard into your personal oasis.
I contacted O&B Landscape for a quote to concrete my backyard. I figured while I was at it, I mind as well request a quote for a new gate too. I'm so glad I did!!! The rain delayed the start of the project but didn't prevent the project from being completed by the date I requested. The workers showed up on time, were professional, and did an amazing job. I would definitely recommend O&B Landscaping to anyone looking for an outdoor upgrade.
