When changes are made by homeowner same written detailed change form is received prior to work being done. I interviewed 4 landscapers for the job. Irvin really stood out. He’s nice, knowledgeable and unlike the rest took his time and listened to what you wanted in the project instead of making you feel like you were holding them up from being someplace else. The crew were excellent too. Kind, respectful, tidy during and at the end of each workday. In my opinion Irvin is old school in that a job well done seems more important than a quick payday and gone. I love my front yard and D & I was the best home service experience I’ve ever had. No surprise billings in the end. Just a great job!

We hired D&I Landscape for a complete backyard remodel, and the experience was outstanding from start to finish. David and Irvin bring an impressive level of craftsmanship and attention to detail to their work. They were consistently on time, courteous, and organized, and they kept the entire project moving smoothly without any delays.

Communication was one of the biggest highlights—every question we had was answered promptly, and they were always proactive in keeping us informed. They even met us at the nursery to help select the right plants for our space, which made the process so much easier and more enjoyable.

The project was completed exactly on schedule, and the final result exceeded our expectations. Our backyard looks incredible. I would highly recommend D&I Landscape to anyone looking for a dependable, high-quality landscape team.

So glad to have found this company to redo my backyard and bring my ideas to life. Luis, Designer was the first contact I had there and he helped with renderings and costs. I wanted all the bells and whistles, but the budget was tight and he was able to make changes to fit our needs. Once we signed off, we were immediately put in touch with the entire team who hand held this project from start to finish. Irvin, Sr Supervisor kept a close on everything and kept us up to date on what to expect. Oscar, Crew Chief worked with his team from 8-5pm everyday and they were clean. They left zero trash and maintained a clean job site. This is such a a well run company and the quality of work is excellent.
