We have worked with Zach and the team at G on two hardscape projects over the last five years. In both, we basically had the design vision, and Zach helped us refine it and execute on it. We are very pleased with the result of the projects, both of which have made our home more comfortable and enabled us to realize indoor-outdoor living. The projects included large poured concrete pads for the front walk, laying of prefabricated concrete pavers on the sideyard and back, a pergola and deck, and lighting, drainage, and the main irrigation lines throughout.

Zach was very responsive, and his team leads knew their stuff and were very friendly easy to work with. The pavers on the side- and back-yard took longer than Zach had initially planned for, in part because this was a product his team had never worked with. Nonetheless, they stuck with it and did a good job with the grading and fulfilled our rather complicated design vision perfectly. Guests always comment on how nice the pavers look. Zach's team was also kind to all our established plants in the process, which is not always the case in hardscaping efforts. The team coordinated well with other contractors, too, as we had window replacements and fencing occurring at the same time.

Both projects were very reasonable in their price given the labor involved.

Zach and Dave were a pleasure to work with. They designed and built the Backyard of our dreams. They were available to meet every two weeks to discuss our project which was a complete backyard landscaping remodel, with a 90 foot long retaining wall that required permits from the city. They made the process go very smoothly. Some of the materials that already existed were reused in a creative and beautiful way and we are so happy with the end product. Before our project we only used our backyard a few times a year. What we have now is a backyard that brings our family and friends joy and a side yard that we use every day. It now has a lawn, multiple sitting areas, a hammock, a fruit orchard, and a patio that was essential for hosting friends and family during the pandemic. beautiful plantings of perennials, fences, an additional stairway and access to our property from town as well as a hot tub. Their full service crew assisted us with designing and building the backyard of our dreams. Their electrician safely upgraded our electrical system to allow for the addition of a state of the art hot tub. Their plumber Anthony installed an outdoor shower. We interviewed several quality landscapers before selecting G Family. It feels wonderful to support a high-quality, locally-based company. Thanks G Family!

We found G Family as we wanted to have a local company competent in both design & build to make our backyard a place for our kids to play, for us to garden, and host friends. What we got was an enjoyable process with phenomenal people who have become like family to create an oasis of play, joy, and peace. Dave transformed many dilapidated terraces into a coveted flat yard space, with a patio for entertainment or yoga and a hot tub/outdoor shower sanctuary. He worked with us to design the most stunning zones of colorful life that perfectly blend zen and pollinator gardens, fruit trees, open play areas, and vegetable beds with stunning rock walls (in a small footprint)! We were profoundly impressed by the dedication exhibited by G Landscape Division throughout the entirety of our backyard project.
