This company is great. I have been pricing out this job for 9 months. They came in less expensive than every other bid, but not only that, they found ways for me to save even more money by switching up the type of paver I was requesting with a different brand and the savings was massive. Their work is great, the guys they have working are all nice and polite. I have done a lot of paver work in my yard so I know what to look for and trust me when I say they did a great job. I'll post a few pics and I'm sure you'll agree. 6 star, really recommend them.
Joel, Jorge and their guys are fantastic from start to finish. If you are looking to have some work done in your yard, don't hesitate to call K&O for a quote. You will not be disappointed.Jorge showed up the next day after I called and showed up at exactly the time he said he would be here. We discussed our project, and he took measurements and mentioned some additional things to consider.2 days later, I had the quote, as promised. I had a number in my head for my budget and they came in almost exactly where my head was. Joel was quick to respond to questions and changes to the quote (the quote was very detailed, I was unclear about something that I asked them to change).They were able to start my project within a couple of weeks and actually was able to start a day sooner than originally expected. And, they completed the job in about half the time.In the end, the yard came out better than we expected. I love the walkway on the side of the house and the paver work is exceptional. I watched these guys meticulously ensure that the path and paver deck were straight and evenly spaced and perfectly level. Their attention to detail and precision was far beyond my expectations.Again, if you are considering yard work, call Joel at K&O - You will be happy you did!
Fantastic and fast service with great prices! They came by to give me a free estimate and did my front yard just a few days later! They removed my weeds, cleared away leaf litter, sprayed the yard, and removed a dead bush I had. Will definitely be sticking with K&O for monthly maintenance!
