I recently had a patio installed. Jefferson worked with me to determine which color would be best for my home. The work was completed on time and professionally. There was a small area that was not draining properly which they corrected. I'm very happy with my new patio.

12/25/25: The quote they sent to me was very detailed. 12/17/25: Black Diamond Hardscape confirmed appointment on 12/17 @10AM but did not make it on time. Danilo did finally showed up later at 1PM with his brother. Danilo was very professional and gave me many suggestions on the design of the project to prevent erosion from my neighbor's yard coming to my yard that I have been experiencing for the past years. His company uses Belgard products. Danilo said he would email me quotes for three projects I wanted to get done. I will update this review if I choose this company to work on my landscaping project(s).

Honestly it was the most unpleasant experience ever. As I write this, they still have the equipment in my backyard and the project was “done” on Friday, today is Tuesday at 5pm. We did an Ingroud trampoline that cost about $7500, the final product is horrible. The trampoline in unleveled, they tried to hide putting grass patches just around that area that’s unleveled and everywhere else there’s no patch’s of grass. They made a big mess and the cherry on top is that they left a plastic bag inside the Ingroud trampoline that I can’t take it ????? also horrible communication!! To be fair they did a decent mulch job and that’s what the 1 star is for
