I'm not someone who typically leaves negative reviews, and I usually give companies multiple opportunities to make things right. Unfortunately, I can no longer overlook the lack of follow-up service from Citrus Landscaping.We hired Citrus to redo the landscaping around our commercial building, including new irrigation, sod installation, plantings, and pavers. For the most part, the installation went smoothly. There was one incident where a water line was broken while removing a stump, but it was repaired.The problems started toward the end of the project. It became clear the crew was rushing to finish because they had other jobs to start.One of the most important parts of the project was the irrigation system. During the planning phase we specifically emphasized that the system needed to be completely inspected, repaired, and properly set up. We were installing brand new grass and landscaping and wanted to ensure everything was properly watered. We made it clear that we were willing to spend whatever was necessary to do it right.Unfortunately, that didn’t happen.One of the irrigation pipes was left broken and began digging a trench under our sidewalk. Several sprinkler heads were left buried and would not pop up. Others were misaligned and sprayed water onto the neighboring lot instead of the lawn. We raised these issues multiple times but received little response until we escalated the problem to management.Eventually the job site supervisor returned, repaired the broken pipe, and told us he would come back to correct the remaining issues.That was several weeks ago.Since then there has been no follow-up and no resolution. Florida is currently experiencing a drought, and the new grass that was installed is now dying due to the irrigation system not functioning properly.It's extremely frustrating to invest in a full landscaping project only to have it compromised by unfinished work and a lack of follow-through.Based on this experience, I unfortunately cannot recommend Citrus Landscaping. They appear eager to take on projects, but in our case they failed to properly finish the job or stand behind their work afterward.
The guys over at Citrus did an amazing job with my pool deck. Start to finish the process was easy. Showed up on time to very first meeting. Any issue was communicated to me quickly and resolved quickly. The end product is a 10 out of 10. Would recommend to anyone looking for stellar work outside.

Highly recommend Citrus Landscape!! From the moment we reached out for a quote to the moment they completed the work, everything was perfect. Jesse and his team communicated every step of the way and the turn around time was above and beyond my expectations. The crews I had contact with was professional and polite and respected our property 100%. Our little space looks amazing and I hope to use them again for future projects.
Such a great company to work with! I had an opportunity to talk to a few different landscapers to help with redesigning my backyard and front yard landscaping. Quotes were provided questions I had or follow ups not so much. Jesse and Joe went above and beyond to help my wife and I come to a landscape design we both agreed on, after a few tries we agreed on a design we both liked. We appreciate the follow ups from start to finish. After our HOA approved they were ready to go and did a 3 day job in two. The crew were respectful and did such a fantastic job and cleaning up nicely. We love our new curb appeal and backyard updates. Highly recommend working with this company! Edit we added lighting and it looks amazing!
