Outstanding experience with Signature Landscape. This was our THIRD attempt to upgrade our front and back landscaping (including repair of irrigation that never quite worked well), after two negative experiences with other landscape companies.The first company we used showed a sincere care for customer service, but lacked the expertise needed for irrigation repair and understanding what types of plants would thrive in our environment. For the second attempt, we hired Rogers Gardens with the hope that the prominent name and high price would equate to a high quality outcome and experience. Unfortunately, the experience with Rogers Gardens was horrific for several reasons, the worst being the terrible customer service received when working with the project's general manager.I was skeptical about this third attempt to upgrade our landscape given our prior two negative experiences, but Arshee at Signature Landscape put my mind at ease in our very first meeting when he took the time to involve me and educate me about some of the things that have been an issue with our landscape. Arshee's training and education in landscape design was evident throughout all steps of our redesign and implementation process, thus bringing us new ideas that had never been presented to us in the past. I appreciated the degree to which he involved me in selecting the plants for my project (personally taking me to the nursery and helping me select items that I liked). Arshee was highly responsive to all communication and took care to keep me posted on all aspects of the project. I was pleased to learn that the kind and knowledgeable foreman on our project had been with the company for many years, which I believe is a reflection of how the company treats its employees. Every interaction with every person at Signature Landscape was highly professional and made me feel like a truly valued customer.
We had a great experience with this company installing artificial turf, a full irrigation system, and exterior lighting throughout our yard. From the first visit, Arshee and his colleague were friendly, knowledgeable, and offered creative design ideas along with budget-friendly options. Arshee, the project manager, was always easy to reach which made the entire process smooth and well organized.The installation team worked efficiently with excellent attention to detail. The artificial turf looks clean, seamless, and natural, the irrigation system was installed perfectly across the whole yard, and the lighting under our backyard trees added a beautiful finishing touch. Our backyard looks stunning at night. We’ve already received many compliments. Highly recommend this team for their craftsmanship, responsiveness, and overall professionalism.
We hired Signature Landscape to redesign both our front and back yards a couple years ago and they still looks as good as they did when first finished. The design work was done by Arshee. I worked with Moe on my fairly large landscaping project which included a fireplace, BBQ island, extension of my patio, irrigation, new gas/electrical line and artificial turf. I’ve worked with many contractors in the past, but my experience with Signature Landscape truly exceeded my expectations. They were not the cheapest bid, but Moe’s attention to detail and customer service is well worth the cost. His crew led by Chepe was very professional, ensuring that I was satisfied with the results every step of the way, and their workmanship was top notch.
