I arrived at Queen of the Valley Outpatient Surgery Center to drop off my son for surgery and was shocked to find the majority of the handicapped spaces in the row occupied by a Landesign truck and trailer. They were taking up four handicapped spots and even blocking the wheelchair access ramp.Handicapped parking exists for patients and caregivers who truly need accessibility, not for a company’s convenience. This shows a serious lack of consideration and professionalism.I’ve attached a photo so others can see exactly what patients were forced to deal with.
