St Clair Land Services is a great company providing amazing service. I cannot say enough about the company, they definitely have the customers best interest at heart. Jordan is a very honest man with high integrity. As many have said in their reviews, Jordan really listens and understands his customers needs. He is very experienced and with your requirements in mind, completes the work effectively and cost efficiently. My project was a complete backyard excavation of 12" to prepare for Paving Stones. Jordan, while being pleasant and personable is extremely efficient. He included me in the job scope and, even though much of the work required hand digging because of the gasline, he was not intimidated as other local companies had been. I highly recommend Jordan and I am very pleased with the fact that my dense ornamental grasses have been removed.
We had Jordan come over and level the lawn beside our trailer. After removing our catalpa trees, and parking the trailer on the lawn, it was full of ruts and 3 holes.He was able to level and compact the area with his excavator. Now we can put topsoil down and plant grass seed.Jordan is excellent to work with. His rates are reasonable and he’s fully insured.
Jordan did a great job for us. He cleaned our side yard of weeds, stones and 5 BIG decorative rocks. He graded the area, repositioned the decorative rocks, laid down new stone, and did a great job cleaning up afterwards. We really appreciate his strong work ethic and attention to detail. Best of all, my wife is very happy with the result....and you know what they say about a happy wife !
Jordan did a fantastic job. I asked for my overgrown front garden to be ripped up and everything removed. Jordan came right away in a couple very hot days cut everything down and removed 6 pretty big stumps I was very happy. He took everything with him cleaned up the entire area and leveled the dirt out. Jordan was very freindly and professional. He even put down mats on my front lawn so his heavy equipment wouldn't damage my lawn, nice touch. I would highly recommend him. Thanks Jordan
