I’ve had Keystone complete several projects in my yard, and every time I’ve been incredibly pleased with their work. They do a wonderful job, and everything always looks great. The planning process is smooth and communicative. Colin is patient, helpful, and straightforward, always taking the time to answer any questions I had. During the work itself, Nick was consistently helpful and easy to reach whenever I had concerns or questions. Everyone I met from the Keystone team was always nice, friendly, and efficient, which made the entire experience even better. And if any complications came up, Keystone was responsive and quick to make things right. If you need any landscaping work done, I highly recommend Keystone. They are a wonderful company, and I’m very thankful for all their help and excellent work.

My husband and I contacted Keystone Outdoor Living to create a space for our family to enjoy. We had tried to tackle our acreage landscaping for a number of years. However, as our family grew it became more and more difficult to do. Everyone at Keystone was incredible to work with. From the start Colin, Nick, and Scott were professional, kind, and flexible. The entire process from design to installation and completion of our plan was very smooth. Despite our ever-changing minds and last minute adjustments, the entire team was gracious and worked very hard. It was a joy for my son to watch them work through the window. My husband and I were constantly impressed with everyone's work ethic, quality, and attitude, and I believe this speaks volumes about a business. The retaining wall, sod, and pool have been an absolute game changer for our family. My husband and I now feel totally relaxed spending time in our yard vs. wondering what the next project should be. Our kids absolutely love the space, and especially the pool. We love that this pool is perfect for our toddler and baby with a splash deck. We are confident this pool will grow with their needs as well. We have had zero concerns with any of their work and believe them to be a top notch business. We are so thrilled we made the decision to stop the DIY and instead invest in Keystone.

Our experience with Keystone Outdoor Living was excellent. We had a project that we wanted done this summer and contacted them for a quote. They were quick to respond to our inquiry. They were in constant communication about every step of the project. Once the order of bricks was in, from start to finish, this project took only 4 days. Their crew was excellent and the installation was done quickly, professionally and they left no mess behind, even reseeding the grass along the path which was unexpected but much appreciated. When built a custom home as per your liking, you want your yard to compliment and complete the home. This is where Keystone came in and transformed dull, uneven yard to a place that invites you to enter yard every time you look at it. And if it turns head you know that you chose right people for yard. Our journey started with Colin@Keystone in Feb 202 when we initiated the discussion for our both front and back yards. Colin explained the process and captured our requirements. We were not clear on some of the things and he came up with an awesome design for our yard. We decided to split the whole design in two phases. Colin discussed the how we should plan the phases so that we avoid re-work on yard and avoid any damage to phase 1 work when phase 2 start. This thinking explain their thought process and shows they know their stuff. And the day came when the Keystone guys showed up and started their magic. It was a fun week for my son who spent more time outside talking to crew whole day. Keystone crew is not only professional but also know how to handle a kid's questions lol. Crew showed up always on time at 7 am and worked past 5 PM. We are now excited with front yard and then phase 2 work next year. I would definitely recommend Keystone for yard work.
