I recently hired A&S Enterprises to install a French drain system in my yard to resolve ongoing issues with standing water and soggy, swamp-like conditions after heavy rain. In addition, they leveled out another section of the yard that had uneven grading.

From start to finish, Sam and his team were incredibly professional, punctual, and diligent in their work. They took the time to clearly explain every step of the process before beginning the project, answered all of my questions thoroughly, and conducted a complete walk-through upon completion. Their communication and attention to detail were outstanding.

Not only did they execute the job flawlessly and ahead of schedule, but they also went above and beyond the agreed scope by seeding grass in all of the disturbed areas—an unexpected and much-appreciated finishing touch.

This was easily one of the best contractor experiences I’ve ever had. I would highly recommend A&S Enterprises for any landscaping, drainage, or patio needs. I wouldn’t hesitate to work with them again.

Sam totally understood the type of entryway that would compliment the natural rustic style of my home. When my small job turned out to be even less complex than he originally estimated, Sam substantially adjusted the contract price to make sure I was completely happy with both the work and price. And as a result, I am very happy with the job and appreciate the reasonable price adjustment, despite my having agreed to a fixed price written contract at a substantially higher amount. I would definitely recommend Sam and his team to friends and neighbors and use them again for future and larger projects I may have.

Update: Sam is always on top of things! We spilled grease on our patio after using our griddle and it left a stain. I e-mailed him to ask what he'd recommend as far as cleaning it and looking at some products but reading that they left a whitish tint. He offered to drop off some paver shampoo. We were going away and the day we got back he swung by to drop it off - didn't even have to reach out to him again. He's the best!
