The team of Allen, Tyler, John, and Dave were phenomenal! They were incredibly knowledgeable, diligent and personable. This was the second time I’ve hired this company with great results and would refer them to anyone. The team even let my young boys help and taught them some tricks of the trade!
Wesscapes was able to get my fence installation done in time before the winter weather hit. They were very quick with the installation and did an amazing job. The crew was great and had very good communication. A couple minor things had to be done after installation and they came right away to get it squared away. Very satisfied and highly recommend!
We hired Wesscapes to install a 48-foot cedar fence along our side yard and an arbor in our front yard. The side yard was, in all honesty, a mess: deep roots from a previously cut-down tree had to be removed, the remains of a wire fence had to be taken out, shrubs had to be trimmed back or removed, and care had to be taken not to disturb plants on the neighbor’s side of where the fence would go.The type of fence we had purchased was not a familiar one to the leader (Justin), which made him that much more careful in how he put it together. He took his time, meticulously measuring out where the posts needed to go (to avoid roots that could not be extricated), and recognized that the fence would need to be shortened on both ends to meet our fencing needs.I am a stickler for detail and greatly appreciated that the Wesscapes crew was on the same page. When I noticed that the separate lattice pieces on top of the fence were not in perfect alignment, Justin went back and made minute adjustments to correct it, noting that from that specific angle, he saw it too. Because we plan to put solar lights on the fence posts, Justin cut them to the height that would appropriate for the lights. After the fencing was installed, the crew cleaned up all the debris, removed any visible pieces of grass and weeds, and went back and added topsoil on the neighbor’s side (ours has a walkway) and grass seed, to “finish” her side of the fence. The new cedar arbor replaced one that had been over our walkway for 23 years. This required digging four three-foot post holes and perfectly aligning the four posts for the lattice that would go in between each side. Justin admitted this one took an extreme amount of attention, as they also had to be perfectly level on top for the top pieces that would go on the arbor, as well front-to-back and side-to-side. Again, he took his time and the finished result was perfect. The crew (leader Justin, primary assistant Mike, Ray, Tyler and Gavin) were like a well-oiled machine. They were respectful of each other and us, and gladly answered any questions we had.Wesscapes owner Weston Shapiro was a pleasure to work with. From the beginning of our conversation earlier in the summer when the projects were first discussed, to when the installation occurred, he kept us apprised of timing all along the way. He submitted and secured the building permit, and answered any and all questions in a very timely manner. His work ethic and how that translated to his crew was very apparent, and he came to our house multiple times during the two-day installation period to check on progress.I would absolutely hire Wesscapes again in the future. His and his crew’s work is impeccable and the finished results speak to that.
Jacob helped us figure out how to tackle our garden project. He was extremely friendly and pleasant to work with.Jeff and his team were great. I had a garden bed full of rocks and debris that I needed cleared out. They cleaned out the bed, cleaned up the edges, and laid fresh soil and mulch. They cleaned up our front yard after and put down grass seed to fix any areas that got messed up from the machine.
Wesscapes was amazing and got the job done several days faster than I had imagined. They were professional, knowledgeable, and communicated with me every day to make sure the process was convenient, efficient, and my yard would be the way I wanted the first time. I am impressed and definitely recommend!
