After our initial contact with OX Services, the representative came out and asked what we had in mind for our flower bed. Some plants we wanted removed and some we wanted to add. He listened and made welcomed suggestions. He later sent what we considered to be an acceptable estimate. We then asked if they would plant a 30 gallon tree and 7 other plants for us. This they agreed to do for an additional cost. We accepted the estimate and the work was done within a few days. Our flowerbed was cleared of weeds, plants installed, tree planted and bed was covered with a thick layer of pine straw as we had requested. The workers were very knowledgeable and courteous. We are anxiously waiting for our new colors to appear. We will definitely recommend OX Services.
