I needed a small area in my yard filled with sod. I was having difficulty obtaining the small amount. Vision Landscaping had no problem obtaining it and installing it. The job came out beautiful. I would highly recommend them for any yard improvements or maintenance you might need.
Started services with Vision Landscaping in 2017; had replaced the old landscaping with new landscaping, monthly maintenance plan, replaces and inspects needed items related to landscaping…Very pleased with their services… honest and straightforward service.
Vision Landscape was amazing. We had them landscape our front and back yards. We also have weekly service. Their staff is very friendly and knowledgeable. They treated us like we were family. I highly recommend them.
I do not recommend this company based on my experience with them, as they do not hold themselves accountable for their actions. On June 28, 2022, they entered my property to gain access to the hedges that were overgrown from my neighbor’s house which had crossed the fence and to my property. They had done this before, and my issues with them was that they would leave the fallen leaves and trimmings left on my yard without cleaning them up. I would have to tell them the next time to clean up any mess they made. I had recently installed new turf grass directly below this area that they trimmed, and on that day on June 28, 2022, I came home after work and noticed damage to my brand new turf. They had trimmed the hedges that same morning, and the damage they left behind was easily visible when I entered my driveway. There were at least 6 large “melted” turf grass spots spanning across about 20 feet that was very visible and it ruined my newly installed turf. It appeared that equipment they were using was still hot and left on my turf which melted the turf, resulting in the damage. I immediately contacted my neighbor and another neighbor also joined in to view the damage. My neighbor contacted Dana, the co-owner and explained the situation to her. Dana denied any wrongdoing and requested evidence that their crew performed the work.I then contacted Dana directly by and provided photos and video evidence showing one of their crew entering my property and trimming the hedges. I asked Dana very nicely to please review the evidence and to address the damage they caused. A few days later Dana left me a voicemail stating that they haven’t forgotten about me, that Matt was planning to visit and see the damaged area the same week. She also stated that she would follow up with an email to say these same things. Needless to say, the email never came, they did not confirm the visit and they never showed up. They have ignored me and are probably hoping that this would just go away. It is not going away!Since then, I have written 5 additional emails to Dana to follow up on this issue. It is now the end of February 2023, about 8 months since this incident, and Dana has refused to respond to any of my messages and not take accountability for the damage they have done to my property. I have all the photos and video evidence that placed their crew on my property. The video evidence shows no one else entering my property that day.In my opinion, this company is unethical and does not take responsibility for the damage they have caused. Their website says “they care about the details” and “customer satisfaction guaranteed”. I did not experience this in my dealings with Vision Landscaping, and I am very disappointed. I will be writing to various agencies to let them know about their poor business practices.UPDATE RESPONSE TO OWNER RESPONSEThanks for your response. This is the first response I've ever received from you in writing. I want to address your statements. It's incorrect to say you have reached out to me multiple times without a response. My records show Dana reached out to me once on 7/15/22 stating that Matt will schedule a time to look at the damage. I keep all phone records and there were no voicemails, missed calls or texts, and no emails since then. I have emailed Dana 5 times and not once did she reply.I have a video that showed all the motion in my yard that day, and it only picked up your gardener prior to me coming home. Your gardener was placed at my property touching my turf and using a hedge trimmer and ladder and the evidence are both the photos and videos showing the same person in a neon green shirt and red hat.The damage was done at a small incline, not a steep slope. Your gardener had no problem stepping on it while trimming the hedges per the photo. It is very easy to lay down and walk on the small incline. It’s unfortunate that your company has decided to sweep this under the rug. Please do the right thing and take responsibility for the damage you caused to my property.
Be careful with this company. You had better plan to be on sight every time they come to service your property. I have had them for 4 months and there have been 3 different crews here. Last week a new crew arrived and I asked that they trim 3 3foot high short hedges and trim some of my ivy. When I got home I was horrified. They did trim the hedges and then they cut down 5 20foot shade trees along one of my outbuildings by about 15' so I have lost all that shade on that building for months. They had no right to do this. when I contacted the owners, they offered me 3 months free service. Big deal, after 3 months they would do something else. This company is not to be trusted. I informed them I was cancelling their service immediately.
