After going through several landscaping companies, Binder's is the best one that I've ever used. They're very responsive to emails and phone calls. There is always someone there at the office to pick up and their work is top rate. Highly recommended.They have done my regular yard maintenance as well as hedge trimming and even tree removal. Very quick turnaround on service, and they work lightning fast.Update. Years later and the above is still true.

Binder's has been my lawncare service for over 3 years now. They always do a beautiful job not only cutting my lawn but edging and clean up. Cost is very competitive with other operators but what I like most is the office always follows up to ensure I am completely satisfied with my service each time it is performed. I highly recommend using them and know that they offer many other services which could come in handy in the future.
Our regular grass guy had an issue with his lawnmower. It's not the first time. However, we were trying to be patient with him. We just couldn't wait any longer since the grass has now grown past what we are comfortable witg. We just needed a more reliable lawn service moving forward. That said, we hired Binder's Lawn care on Monday. They told us that because of the rain, they would try to get to us Tuesday or Wednesday. When they didn't come Wednesday a.m., I called and asked if we were still on the schedule. I was then informed that we had been moved back to Thursday because of the rain over the weekend. Fine. I was a bit frustrated that I wasn't informed that my appointment was pushed back....but things happen. I chucked it up to bring a new customer. The secretary then said: "Well, we'll definitely get to you by the end of the week." I was super confused because what is the point of making an appointment when you can just be moved around without notice? Anywho, I called Thursday to confirm that we were on the schedule. I thought surely we are since we've already been pushed back a day. As I expected, the secretary assured me that we were on the books for today. I even asked for an ETA to which she replied 3:30pm or 4pm. I was relieved that we would finally be getting the grass cut. No one ever showed up. If you are expecting company or having an event, please do not trust this company to keep their appointment or their word. Also, you will not be notified of any changes to your appointment. They are incredibly unprofessional. I would not recommend.In response to Binder's Lawn Service asking me to remove my review and saying that I don't have an account within their reply to my review, I do. It's just not under my name or card#. I spoke with your secretary Kim both times and my review should help her recall what happened unless, as a client, I'm just that insignificant to her. Between my husband and I, we spoke to her 3 times just this week. Also, we asked if we could have the leaves raked and hauled away on Monday when we added the payment card. We were informed that the price was per bag of leaves, which was fine. The grass was finally cut Friday a.m. but no leaves were raked or blown or anything.
