They quickly set up a team in my neighborhood to come out and tackle our lawn. I was so happy they could make an appointment that same week (two days after I first contacted them to be exact). Lawn Love sent James and his team over and they went above and beyond very professionally. Very confused by this company. I thought I was working with local business. Instead it’s a call center that contracts out landscapers. If you have an issue you call the center and then have the person contracted in your inbox asking “what are you talking about poor quality?” Didn’t even weed whip or edge. My lawn looks horrible and they didn’t shut the gate when they left on the side so my dog got out.
