Richard is a talented landscaper. We hired him to landscape our front yard. He was able to transform the space in a short amount of time. Richard was pleasant to work with. He is a hard worker and puts a great deal of thought and effort into his designs. We already had some boulders in our yard design and Richard added more. He created a walkway for our mailman, as requested. The walkway is beautiful and functional. Richard fixed our old sprinkler system and turned it into drip irrigation. He added two trees to our yard, a Tupelo and a Thornless Hawthorne. I cannot wait to see the trees change throughout the seasons. Richard also planted a variety of smaller plants that should thrive in Spokane. He included a map and a list of plants, as well as instructions on how to care for our wonderful new yard. I would definitely recommend Richard to anybody looking for a unique and stunning yard.

Richard was an absolute pleasure to work with and did an amazing job on my front yard. When I initially contacted Richard, he responded right away and offered to come out that same week to talk about the project. I told him I wanted to get rid of my lawn and put in native and drought-tolerant plants that would attract bees and birds. He understood what I had in mind and immediately struck me as knowledgeable, straight-forward, and honest. He was quick in getting me a quote. Once he started the project, he was incredibly meticulous, never cut corners, and was an unbelievably hard worker. He took out the lawn, replaced the old, broken sprinkler system with a new drip system, then designed the garden, planted the plants, and mulched them. He often worked ten hour days in extreme heat. Richard is an artist and it is clear he takes great pride in creating beautiful spaces. I couldn’t be happier with the whole experience of working with him, and with the new, beautiful front yard he created for my home. I can’t recommend Richard highly enough; he’s terrific.

Richard is dedicated, creative, and hard working. We had to landscape our entire backyard. He listened to our wants, formed a plan, and got right to work. Created a wonderful space for our kids to play, but a space that will grow to provide seclusion and space away from our neighbors. He also helped out installing a swing set on rough rocky soil. He also installed hard scapes with iron edging to provide a clean and distinctive separation of spaces.

We highly recommend Richard! He created a beautiful garden from scratch. We bought a new house with no landscaping. Richard puts so much thought & effort into his creating a low maintenance, ever evolving garden. It has been a joy to watch as the garden matured. Every season has its beauty.

Hiring Richard was one of the best investments we made in our home! We discussed some of our ideas and wants and he turned our yard into the most beautiful garden. His eye for design is spectacular. After seeing some of his work we knew he was the landscaper we wanted. He designed the entire yard. He’s an incredibly hard worker, with attention to detail, and passionate about what he does. Often stopping by to check on the garden. We ended up replacing all of our front yard grass with plants and I know it seemed bold at first but it was the best decision ever! We now spend hours enjoying our beautiful yard and all the butterflies and birds it brings. We use to have an ugly boring yard and now we have a show stopper! We no longer waste time mowing a lawn every week, our watering bill is less now, and there is very little maintenance of our landscape because it was so thoughtfully planned by Richard. We really feel like we won the landscaping lottery with Richard. His pricing is reasonable, he came in under our budget, and he made our yard a beautiful piece of art!
