I’m sure they do good work, but my experience with scheduling this company has been less than simple. I originally had someone scheduled to come out and mow, but due to a medical emergency, they had to cancel. This company gave me a proposal for $60 a week to mow my lawn (given it was very short notice, I was ok with the amount). I tried following up with them a few times and did not get a response. After a week, I got them to send me a response and thought we had everything cleared up and would get on the schedule. Unfortunately I have not heard back from them.I’ve had to look elsewhere now. I wish they wouldn’t have offered to mow at a set price if they had no intention of coming out or at least have responded to my attempts to communicate.
We needed someone to take over our lawn service this year and Greenscapes was doing our neighbor's lawn. We were really impressed with their work, professionalism and timeliness. Dustin was willing to take our lawn care and we've been very happy with their services.
Dustin and the boys do a great job every week and my lawn looks great. I love the "set it and go" approach as I just don't have to worry about it getting done every week, but I have the ability to communicate with immediate response when needed. Fair priced and consistent work from fair people!
