We purchased many shrubs and trees from Green View. We were told that they were guaranteed. Two of our trees died and I went to speak with them. They said no problem and that they would replace them. When my contractor picked up the trees, they charged me another $225 stating that I bought them on sale and that they were no longer at the sale price. They should have at least mentioned this when I originally spoke to them. They are very expensive and I would think they wouldn’t fail to mention the fine print details. Very disappointed and will not go back.

They have a really good selection of trees and shrubs that you can't find at Lowe's or Menards at reasonable prices. Especially if they're on sale. I paid 40% less for 5ft baby blue spruce vs purchasing from an online nursery.

The place is nice looking and they have a wide selection of plants but it is expensive. Beware if you buy trees from here though. I purchased an eastern redbud that was severely pot bound and required 2 hours of careful "surgery" to free the roots from the giant knotted mess that was in the pot. The root flare was also buried nearly 6 inches deep that had to be carefully pulled away.

You can see where the dirt from the pot was by the dark/muddy spot on the trunk above the root ball. You can also see post "surgery" to free the roots and the proper planting depth with the root flare partially exposed.

Honestly don't know if the tree is going to make it, it looks real sad and I can't find any information if they offer any sort of warranty on their poorly cared for trees.

Don't be like me and learn about proper tree care and spotting poorly cared for trees at garden centers after the fact.

Check if the tree you are buying is pot bound, lift the entire root ball right out of the pot and look at it. if the roots are curling back in around on each other repeatedly and it is difficult to insert a finger into the mass (it feels very firm) you have a pot bound tree. Ideally put it back and find a different tree.

Identify the root flare of the tree (where the roots start growing out of the trunk). This should be slightly above the soil line. If it is not and is buried under inches of soil you will need to be prepared to remove that soil when planting so that the tree is at the proper depth.
