Glass doctor was great to deal, fair pricing, window was ready 1-2 weeks ahead of schedule and Taylor had our pane in and complete in about 20 min.Very courteous to deal with and highly recommend. Great overall experience
I’m really happy with the service from Black Dirt Company , they was always on time at my place with the material, I definitely can recommend this place to my friends! Good prices too ! Have a great day , regards Janusz !
I have used Black Dirt Company for all of my landscaping needs. Their yard is organized well and service is quick. I also have had garden soil delivered and it was good. The garden soil can be hydrophobic (water just sits on top of the soil and takes a minute to absorb) so I added some extra compost and watered it well for a few days before planting. This really helped with water absorption. I've also purchased firewood, cedar mulch, and more. All products were excellent.
The soil was better than expected! I asked for 1 yard of sand to be added to my 7 yards of premium topsoil (no issues at all). They called ahead to let me know they were on their way. Overall very happy
Update #2 to response to Mr. Darren response:1. If 2 weeks is too quick for you - sorry about that but it is what it is.2. Your gift card was first that you proposed, so it wasn’t something we came to. And yes, we are not happy to do any business with you in the future, so your $50 gift card after you killed more than $10 000 project looks ridiculous. Even though I’ve chatted politely with you all the time and wasn’t pushing your company hard.3. Not easy going? Don’t think so, from my side was proposed to find easy solution and even proposed a cheap decision. Don’t remember a time when I didn’t responded to you, and all chats from my side was more than reasonable. Did we requested something above? No. I proposed a cheap solution - you told me “you don’t need it, I’ll call you back” - still calling since…4. You can’t see a pile? Yes, I told it to you the first day we chat with you, but you was going to visit us ( haven’t seen you yet). At the same time, as I told you, we are not applying sod till spring, so you have ( and had already ) a plenty of time to come and see it if you need it.5. If that what you see on pictures and that I’ve seen by myself and new growing plants from your screened top soil is “no roots” - than I’m sorry, hard to imagine what you would consider as roots than? From our side we did all not to have any roots at our yard: dug out all till the clay, applied a roots board at the bottom, applied compost and that was a final layer, so we did our best and chose a big company that will not deliver a garbage from a field, but looks like we missed with our choice. At that current case your service for our money was and is worthless:- delivered product doesn’t meet the order- delivered product doesn’t meet what you mentioned.- there is no responsibility from your side ( as a company ) at all.All listed below is a clear picture of scene with a pictures and evidence. And you had had enough time to wrap that up. You decided to hide yourself behind the screens, having all tools in your hands. It is what it is. It’s your choice.Update:So 2 weeks later:1. Company contacted me by themselves.2. The best they proposed - $50 credit for a future purchase from them, after declining - was trying to present that they are deep investing and did their best to convince me that all roots I’ve seen i haven’t seen. Gentlemen via text messages promised to call back and wrap the question, at the end of the day - didn’t call back and forgot the issue.3. The “funniest” part - I can already see plant sprouts from that great “screened top soil” even though it a late fall and it’s cold ( so plants are not active)Summarizing:All could do a mistake, but good company/person will fix it and own responsibility, but that’s not about that company:1. Product delivered is not what you ordered.2. Responsibility - zero.Original review:Ordered screened top soil, confirmed with a supplier that it will have no roots, soil is screened, and that’s what I received…Full stack of roots, flowers and etc. it wasn’t a screened top soil, it just a soil directly from some field.Spend so many time to clean out my yard from the old soil, roots and all of that, applied all preventive measurements to receive a garbage at the final stage…
