Fantastic work by Western Landscape. We had our entire front and back yard done. Working with Jared on design and materials was smooth and easy. Mac and the rest of the crew were extremely accommodating through the process, always checking with us to make sure we got exactly what we wanted. Jared and his team at Western Landscape came highly recommended to us from friends in the interior design and construction industry. We needed a complete backyard makeover due to a rotting deck and a significant negative grade issue. We relied on Western for both design and construction and most importantly fixing our grade issues. Their on-site team led by Fraser and Mack were a treat to work with for the entire 5 week project, always putting up with our last minute little changes with a smile. Customer service is definitely a strong suit of Western and we marvelled at how everyone on the team displayed the same customer centric mindset. At the end of the day Western was on-time, on budget with an attention to detail that can be tough to find.

We hired Western Landscape & Design to do both the design work and construction for our large-scale landscape project. The project included grading, patio construction, irrigation, and planting. This all needed to be designed and built around a large concrete slab formed for our hot tub. Jared and the crew were knowledgeable and considerate, and they worked safely and efficiently to finish our project despite difficult weather conditions. The functional design plans were detailed and really helped us understand what the final product was going to look like. The crew also cleaned up after themselves and even the other contractors when they were finished, which was greatly appreciated. Throughout the process, Jared quickly built a trusting relationship with us, and was a partner in the process - someone who provides his professional opinion and is always very practical. This helped us tremendously to come out with a yard that is very functional for our needs (two young kids), overall we saved money with his suggestions and he provided us with the highest quality yard. He was always available for phone calls, and he stays in touch post project completion. Jared continues to help us with our landscape needs. He is a guru when it comes to keeping plants alive and healthy, which is especially important for our family who is very busy and needs a low maintenance but beautiful yard. We had a great experience Jared and his team, and would confidently recommend the crew at Western for any landscape design or construction work in the future.

We added bits and pieces to our landscaping over a few years but never finished it. Jared came over, looked at what we had, and gave us a design that incorporated everything so beautifully. They started and finished on schedule and were all very professional and easy to work with. During the project, my husband and I decided to close off our deck on one side which completely changed Jared's original design. Jared thought about it and within minutes came up with a new design. I haven't regretted that decision for a second. Jared did our landscaping three years ago and we were just commenting last week that there has been no noticeable shifting. I would not hesitate to hire Western Landscape for your project. I would definitely use them again given the opportunity.
