Great Scapes has been doing our lawn for a little over 1 year. We have no complaints with their service. If I send them a message about anything they are quick to respond. We will continue with their service for as long as we need them.
We used Great Scapes for our landscaping needs and didn't have a great experience.Their monthly pricing is competitive, but they'll nickle and dime you, and upcharge for any services they don't claim fall within their monthly service charge. Be sure to check their services and schedules of how frequently they will cut and trim bushes, and any other additional service outside of their base monthly cost, as once you do that an compare to other companies, a higher monthly service with more services is well worth it.We had issues with our weekly service with our patios not getting maintained, grass drying out, our vines ended up dying, and we had to constantly follow up to make sure things were getting done as needed. We were promised things would get better and trusted they would, but we got the bare minimum service from this company.We did pay extra for some additional services and understand a business needs to do that sometimes if the costs are outside of the scope of work or if anything additional that a client requests. However, we trusted the work would get completed, but after inspecting the yard, it turns out the work wasn't completed as agreed. So be sure to check on that and don't just trust they'll do it, as they won't or they'll do the the bare minimum.If you have a super simple, basic, and small backyard that only needs minimal maintenance, they do show up, so it may be a good fit for their services. However if you need more than that, I wouldn't recommend this company.
Ryan took on our landscaping project, taking our ideas and turning them into an amazing reality. The artificial turf, water feature, plants, fire pit, and pavers look great. Ryan and his team were easy to work with, very reliable, committed, and communicated well throughout the project. We love our new yard.
Sometimes It’s hard to have good experiences with service companies.These guys were awesome! Super professional. They were punctual, good communicators, and fair/transparent with pricing.They were flexible with my schedule too.I had some pesky pine needles removed from my rock-yard. Way too difficult for myself but they were effective and thorough.I will be using them for any needs and recommend them to everyone.
