Steve and his crew have been great to work with. We did a complete remodel of our backyard. Steve brought vision and great ideas to our blank slate with our budget in mind. All I can say is WOW! From a dirt and sand nightmare to a backyard oasis.. Steve and his crew absolutely knocked it out of the park with our backyard. From start to finish it has been an amazing experience.Communication is absolute key when trying to make your dream a reality. Steve always picks up the phone, answers messages, and is at the job in person daily to make sure our vision is what we want it to be.He helped us in deciding materials, plants ,fixtures, everything to make our ideas come to life. I can’t say enough about his attention to detail and ease to work with.Besides communication, you also need an amazing crew to do the work, and True Roots team is fantastic, they work very long, hard days to make sure your backyard gets completed the way you want. Canyon, Josh, and Mondo made sure to check in with us and ensure they are doing what we envisioned. They aren’t afraid to ask questions. Their attention to detail, work ethic are impressive. This was the best experience I have had in a long time with a contractor. Steve and his crew were amazing. I never had to call and ask any questions about the schedule or the job because he was so on top of keeping me informed. My yard looks AMAZING! Posted before and after pictures so you can see the full transformation. His pricing was very fair and they got the job done very quickly. The entire crew was so nice. When the job was done, they cleaned up the yard and even put our statues and lawn art out so there was really nothing that we had to do. I highly recommend using them for your next project.
Steve and his crew do top notch quality work. My wife and I are so impressed with the finished product, the communication, the professionalism, and the timeline provided and met.
