FINALLY found a lawn 'care' business that cares! My yard isn't big, and it's not particularly complicated--just needs mow/edge/blow for the lawn, and a couple hedges to trim periodically, and palms to clean up as needed (trim away dead fronds and cut down seed pods). Before finding Pinellas Premium, I dealt with no-shows, no calls, poor quality work, and guys who ignored the basics and acted like you were unreasonable if you asked them to be careful around screens or to stop blowing all the clippings into the pool. Pinellas Premium puts you on a schedule, their crews are professionals and show up when they say they will, they do things right without having to ask, they care about the details, they clean up afterwards, and their guys are super nice and polite. Today I was home when the trimming crew came (Adam and Blake) and they were great! I clarified a few requests, watched them go to work, they did a beautiful job, then they took time to chat with me afterwards. And, there is a customer service department that actually provides customer service! They, too, are professional and responsive. They make payment easy and they offer additional seasonal yard services if needed. I wish I'd heard about Pinellas Premium 5 years ago....
All the guys at Pinellas Premium did a great job on our lawn project. We needed irrigation rerouting, new sprinkler heads, a new irrigation box and rain sensor, grass plugs, mulch, and a whole bunch new plants and a couple palm trees. Several people were involved in the work over a period of about 3 weeks:Wade, who did our estimating and was patient revising it when some of the existing plants we thought wouldn't make it did survive after all;The two guys who did our irrigation install (sorry - forgotten their names, but they deserve a ton of credit for staying late to make sure the control panel was working properly);Kyle and Brian, who did the landscaping installation and had a great attention to detail, were communicative about where everything was going, and left the place looking really tidy.Throughout the process, Wade listened to what was needed, was highly responsive by text, and accommodating to changes.The yard is much improved and I'd highly recommend Pinellas Premium for your landscaping and irrigation needs.

Our experience with Pinellas Premium from start to finish was amazing! Justin and Anthony showed up on time and did an awesome job — super thorough with great attention to detail. They even went out of their way to fix and secure our loose border, which was so appreciated.Communicating with the office has also been great. They’re very attentive and respond quickly, which made the whole process really easy.Austin, the estimator, was fantastic. He really took the time to listen to what we wanted as landlords, especially with some specific requests for shrubs and flowers. His recommendations were spot on. I honestly can’t stop looking at the colorful new plants along our driveway .We can’t wait to start our regular mowing and trimming service with them. Highly recommend!
