I called North Rock Property Services because the were recommended when I needed my driveway cleared. Daryl gave me a quote quickly, and said he would get to me in an hour, but he arrived more than 20 minutes before the hour. He came to my door to confirm what we discussed on the phone prior, and I moved my vehicle and watched him work. Unlike the person I hired before, Daryl was very professional and quick. He also, made sure it wasn't rushed while paying special attention to clearing my driveway properly. He left a card for my convenience. I will definitely be using him again.
Well, you couldn't ask for a nicer young man than Daryl! After the snow storm we had on December 29/25, another company who we paid to do our driveway failed to show up AGAIN and wouldn't respond to our attempts to reach them via phone, text and email. We contacted Daryl because we are seniors and couldn't get out of our driveway. My husband had just had back surgery at the end of October and can't use the snowblower or shovel and I also have health issues. Despite the fact we did not know Daryl, he was so kind and offered to come and clear our driveway for us. He arrived right at the time he said he would come and did a FAR better job than the company we had hired and paid to do our driveway for this winter. There are still some good people in this world and he is definitely one of them. Sure wish we were in the area that he typically services because we would hire him in a heartbeat going forward.
