I just had my backyard, front yard and driveway remodeled with Quality Green, I am very happy with their service! I will highly recommend them to anyone who is looking for a crew with high quality work, great communication and decent price.I found Quality Green through online search, and Quality Green stood out with the most number of good reviews. In the first meeting with Ozzy, I got practical and great suggestions to redesign my back and front yard which fit into our budget. I received several design options visual simulation in a couple of days and got the quote in a week.I really appreciate the quality of the work Quality Green has delivered. Greg's craftmanship on pavers is first class, paying attention to a lot of details. During the project, some planned design was found not feasible, and the crew was able to adjust in time to make sure the end results were meeting expectations.I also appreciate that Quality Green crew was willing to do extra to make our experience beyond expectations. We had many rocks from a pond we used to have and did not know what to do with them. The crew was able to come up with multiple great ideas to make good use of them, including building a small yard boundary wall, making a circle around our focal point lemon tree, and scattered in front yard rock river, all look great! They also fixed our sunk stepping stones in the lawn, and a cracked in the wall without asking for additional charge.The crew came to work on time everyday, and sometimes come over the weekend to take care some small tasks. Since our backyard dose not allow big machine to enter, most of the work were done manually and took the crew a bit more time to finish everything. But the crew worked extra hours to have the overall project finished in 2.5 weeks.I will keep working with Quality Green for the maintenance which they also offer in their service. I am very happy that I found them and have my yard taken care by them, highly recommended!
My experience is consistent with the low reviews on lack of responsiveness. I’ve tried working with them twice, first for landscape design and 2nd to install the design (which I got from another much more communicative designer). Always feels like I’m chasing them. They’re agreeable when they actually respond but there is no follow up and my voicemails or emails just went into a black hole. Thanks for wasting my time.
I just started using quality green and I am very happy… Very detailed and my backyard never looked better. Very happy with the work. Also, you only need to inform them of what you want once and it gets done. Very professional and will keep using them for sure. Highly recommend.
We had a small to medium sized landscaping work (side yard concrete + turf), irrigation and lighting work and it was hard to get someone who could do these at a reasonable cost .I got a quote from Quality Green and Ozzy worked with me on various options and even suggested when it made sense for him to buy materials at wholesale rates.The project got done promptly within a week and the space looks great. The entire team was super professional and would definitely use their services again when needed!
I’ve only had two services but so far have been VERY happy. The team doing my yard have been professional, communicate (yes, they actually talk with me - and listen - love that) and have been very thorough. I chose Quality Green because I did not want a mow, blow, and go company but rather someone who pays attention to the needs of my low water, no lawn yard and so far I am thrilled.
