I had a great experience working with Jay and the crew at Albert and Ellis. They arrived early, were polite, professional, and clearly knew exactly what they were doing. They were also the most competitive quote I received, which made the decision easy.For the job I had them for they removed a very tall, established clumping bamboo that was about 35–40 feet high and completed stump grinding as well. Even though the job took longer than originally anticipated, they followed through without hesitation, returning over the course of two additional days to finish everything properly. That kind of follow-through really stood out.They also removed several invasive trees and completed additional stump grinding.Overall they cleaned up all debris from my property thoroughly while also leaving the mulch behind so I could spread it throughout my garden beds—an appreciated extra touch.Overall, they were fair, professional, and courteous throughout the entire process. Each time they’ve been prompt, efficient, and meticulous with cleanup. The crew works quickly and neatly, pricing is affordable and fair, and the quality of work is excellent.Albert and Ellis is a family-owned business that’s been passed down through generations, and it shows in their pride and professionalism. I couldn’t recommend them enough and will absolutely use them again.

This is the best service I have received from a contractor in years. Albert and Ellis Landscaping came out, were very polite and professional, and gave a very reasonable quote. They were on time when they came to complete the job, and the crew of C.J. and the two other gentlemen did an outstanding job trimming our trees with much care. They cleaned everything up with much care as well. I am so impressed and pleased. I highly recommend Albert and Ellis Landscaping.
Jay and his crew are very nice, polite, and good, hard workers. I contacted several tree companies for quotes, and Albert & Ellis was the most affordable option. He was able to book the job for about 1 week after I let him know I wanted him to do the job, which was good, some of the competitors were booking 3 weeks out. Jay also had verified with me that the phone number I had given him was a cellphone so he'd be able to text me the proposal for the job. Good communications.They arrived within the timeframe they had given, and texted when they were going to run a little later than expected due to challenges they faced on the morning job. They also responded to my texts promptly. When they arrived, they got set up quickly and got to work.Jay made it look easy to get the tree down without hitting my house or the plants near the house. The rest of the crew gathered up all the tree parts and got them in one of the trucks, and raked and used a blower to ensure they got it all. They got everything done pretty quickly, a bit under 2 hours from the time their trucks pulled up until their trucks pulled away after removing a large oak tree that had been threatening my house if we were to get any substantial storms/winds.I will hire them again next time I need tree service, and highly recommend them. There were no surprises, they came and did the job they said they'd do at the price they said.
An excellent experience! Jay and his team were professional, polite, and experienced. The quality of work was superior, and they are probably the only reasonably priced landscaping/tree company in the Tampa area! They worked quickly and cleanly, and showed up when they said they would! Such a pleasure to work with them, and I would highly recommend them!
