Was with Emerald Lawns for 5 years and had to cancel. They damaged my lawn several times due to careless techs. They nonchalantly sprayed fertilizer once and made my front lawn look like a cheetah. Another time, a tech spilled a bag of fertilizer across my lawn leaving puddles and killing grass. I had neighbors asking me what happened to my lawn. After that, I told them I only wanted grub control and pre-immigrant treatments. They said they apologize and they’ll only do those two services annually. And guess what, they still came out to my lawn, and fertilized without my authorization and charged me. Waiting on my refund now and had to cancel services. I wish I could share photos of my property on here for everyone to see the damage. It’s a shame. This is a prime example of a company expanding too quickly to be able to keep up with quality control. Their techs use to care and be very knowledgeable. It’s a new tech every time now that has no care in the world.
I had the service my lawn for a few years until my lawn health continued to decline. I went with a new company who focused on soil health. I canceled months ago and they keep sending people (3 times now) to try to service my lawn. I called in 3 times and emailed on the website- they WILL NOT STOP. I’d never work with them again. This is a shady tactic to try to trick customers into continued servicing who tried to cancel. Also, there making me waste my time calling over and over.
Watch out for the drivers of Emerald Lawns! His unprofessional driving, face in the phone, and road rage almost caused an accident with my 2 small children and I just trying to safely get to our destination. I called their number to complain and warn them one of their drivers is gonna cause an accident in their COMPANY vehicle but the Temple Supervisor Nick never called me back. I'm sure they'll care whenever they get sued for an accident involving who ever was driving.
The year started out great, they were coming regularly. By the end of the year they’re not coming out anymore…lawn hasn’t been winterized or fertilized since early October. The scheduling seem to shift the second half of the year. They want tips on top of the $140-150 per treatment. I just need consistency. Might have to jump over to Marshall.
We are so happy with the holiday lights that Nicholas & his crew installed today! We recently moved into our new home here & we got a really reasonable quote by Emerald in comparison to other quotes. So happy we went with them because they exceeded our expectations & Nicholas was so incredibly polite & enthusiastic! I HIGHLY recommend Emerald & huge thanks to Nicholas & his crew!
