I'd give six stars if I could - they're that good. I've been a loyal customer for over 15 years. Joseph and his team are reliable, trustworthy and well equipped for the 30m trees in the back. My neighbour and I, at 18 and 20 Humbercrest, and some branches drop this week with the winds and Heritage Tree Care dropped in from work at another neighbour and took care of it quicker than we could have imagined. Great news that the crew expects to work in the winter months - I'll have them back again for my regular tree maintenance when the leaves have cleared. THANK YOU JOSEPH and HERITAGE TREE CARE team!

Heritage Tree care did an amazing job taking down an invasive Norway maple. It was a large tree and the crew of 4 - one in the tree, three on the ground worked well together. Clean-up was well done. They walked us through the process, provided the application to the city and were able to get the work completed in a short time frame. Would definitely use them again. They will return in the fall to plant a native replacement tree - a sugar maple.

Declan and his team were amazing in the care they took to trim my trees so that my solar panels would be more effective. They were respectful and well organized as they approached each step and cleaned up afterwards. I would highly recommend them.

The crew was very professional, organized and efficient. Skillfully removed a large tree in difficult location in our yard. At the end they did a great job of cleaning up and left the yard looking better than when they started. All very nice guys, respectful and friendly.
Couldn’t be happier.

I am extremely satisfied with the tree removal service. The team was professional, efficient, and highly skilled from start to finish. They safely cut down the tree in my yard and did an excellent job cleaning everything up afterward. The property was left spotless, and they showed great attention to detail throughout the entire process. Their work exceeded my expectations, and I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for reliable and professional tree service. Thank you for a job well done!

Our experience with Heritage Tree Care Inc. was absolutely fantastic from beginning to end. Our large Norway Maple tree suffered catastrophic storm damage, posing an imminent danger, and had to be removed. Joseph and his team took care of the tree removal while protecting our property, our adjoining neighbours' properties, us (and our nerdy questions), and perhaps, most importantly, each other's safety while doing dangerous work. They arrived on schedule, finished on time, kept us informed through the entire process, and they cleaned up the work site when they were done. We are profoundly grateful for Joseph, André and the entire stellar crew's professionalism, knowledge, kindness, efficiency, respect and safety measures at a very stressful time. They are a well oiled machine!

Great experience with Heritage Tree Care. I had a tree removed that was extremely close to my house. Received a quote quickly and once I approved it, had a date scheduled for within a few days. The crew that came onsite were very kind and professional. The tree was taken down with care and everything was cleaned up afterwards. Thanks!

They started 8am and finished around 6pm.
They had a team of about 7 people, amazing to watch the process.
I would definitely recommend if anyone has a huge tree to remove, doesn't hurt to get a quote.
